1 Peter 1:13-2:3 Peter is going to show us a path into holiness, and to be holy means to be perfect, and unlike the world’s path to so called perfection, this path is not only achievable, but it isn’t arrogant, it isn’t dangerous and it certainly isn’t self serving.
We are God’s dwelling place on earth and only by fixing our hearts and minds on Jesus can we persevere to the end.
Is the great commission to be taken seriously?
Is Scripture on equal footing to Reason, Tradition and/or Experience? And why should we sit under the word of God? Acts 15.
Our message for today: complements abound, trust given, and hope imparted.
